We offer Flat Rate Shipping within the United States.
The below shipping methods are estimated delivery times in business days and will differ based on your shipping address as well as during peak holiday times.
Shipping for IDC- Flat Rate
- Standard Shipping = $7.00 (3-6 days)
- Express Shipping = $10.00 (2-3 days)
- Premium Shipping = $25.00 (1-2 days)
- Free shipping in USA orders that are $50 or more
- Orders placed on Mon-Thursday will be shipped out on the next day
What is Standard Shipping?
Our Standard Shipping combines the capabilities of UPS, USPS, and several regional carriers to deliver packages to you more efficiently.
This allows packages to arrive on Saturday as well as any other business day. Tracking will be available through our website and sent via your confirmation email that will include shipment details. Shipping information will indicate the estimated delivery date.
This shipping method is available for shipments to the contiguous U/S states, Alaska, Hawaii, U/S Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Some shipping outside the contiguous U/S states may experience longer transit times.
What is your return policy?
YDC items purchased within the last 30 days are returnable. For auto-delivery returns, please email info@yourdermacare.com. Free gifts and gift cards are not returnable. We gladly accept returns without original packaging. The following is also covered under our Return Policy:
- The product contains manufacturing defects.
- The product was damaged upon arrival.
- The product was wrong received.
In case of returned goods, you will be offered either replacement of goods or a 100% refund of the products returned. Your refund will be processed via the same method of payment originally used for the purchase.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Until you have received return instructions from us please hold the products according to the manufacturer’s temperature and storage condition.
Refund
Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 20 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Contact your bank if you need to speed up the process.

In the event that we do not have all the products from your order in stock, the dispatch will usually be 3-6 working days later unless otherwise informed.
