We certainly understand the importance of trying products before switching your normal skin routine; as we introduce exclusive, new or improved products we will be sending our subscribers occasional sample items from time to time when we can! This is also why we have a flexible (and free!) return policy. Take some time to give our products a try. Not in love yet? You’ll have 30 days of your order date to initiate a return
What if I have really sensitive skin?
That’s not a problem! Although many of our products are suitable for all skin types, we know how hard it can be to find products that are effective & do not irritate your skin. Keeping this in mind, we developed products specifically for our glow getters who have sensitive skin.

Having trouble following your order’s journey? We’ll send you tracking information as soon as it’s available. From there, the status is updated by the carrier as it makes its way to you! If your tracking number isn’t being updated or does not appear to be working at all, please get in touch with our support team at info@yourdermacare.com.
I no longer have the original packaging, can I still return?
You sure can! We gladly accept returns without original packaging as long as it is within our Return Policy timeframe.
Can I use YDC products if I am pregnant or nursing?
Many of our customers have enjoyed using our products through pregnancy & while nursing, but because everyone’s experience can be quite different, visiting your doctor for a personal recommendation is the best course of action. We always include the full list of ingredients on every product page so you can consult with your doctor & they can consider them for you.
How are YDC's products tested?
Our ingredients and product formulas are tested by third party, independent laboratories to ensure they are safe, effective, and potent. We take our science and safety seriously, and the results are real.
Help! I need to cancel/edit my order.
No problem! Just give us a quick call with your order information and one of our friendly customer service representatives will make changes to the orders after they are placed, including editing the contents of an order, changing the shipping address, or cancelling the order entirely. To avoid these types of errors, please confirm all details, including shipping information & the contents of your order before completing it.

YDC.com shipping options: USPS Standard Shipping (3-6 business days): $7.00 – free with orders $50.00+! Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $10.00 Premium Shipping (1-2 business days): $25.00. *all orders are subject to a 1-2-day processing period after being confirmed.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products & want you to love them as much as we do. That’s why we have a free return policy. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your products, we will happily accept your return & issue a refund within 60 calendar days of the fulfillment date.* No hard feelings. *In response to COVID-19, we’ve temporarily extended our return window to 60 days to allow additional time for you to safely return your items to our team.
